"This place has been an absolute miracle for my father. My dad went from having a fall and not being able to walk for almost 3 months in a rehab place to being able to walk and be more independent in just a week at this facility. Staff and residents are super friendly. The place is super clean. Working in the medical field I have seen really bad nursing and retirement facilities, so I was really hesitant to place my own dad in one. But this place is home away from home. He loves his apt, the food, the activities and the staff. He made friends real fast. Angie, the admissions coordinator is an absolute angel! Can't say enough about her. I suggest this place to anyone who is looking for a safe and great atmosphere for their loved one plus great level of care."
"My mom has just become a new resident of Traditions at North Bend and the entire staff has been phenomenal with her. She has gotten her spunk and feisty self back and the light in her eyes is back. The director Larry has been so kind and giving of his time to answer questions. The staff is kind and loving to all the residents. They are compassionate and caring. "We moved my parents to Traditions a year and a half ago, and they had a wonderful experience. When they first moved in, the staff welcomed them and introduced them to other residents. Within a few days they felt completely at home. My mom’s doctors were hoping to give her a good 6 months of quality life prior to her moving. Well, her spirits perked up after moving to Traditions and she enjoyed another 16 months! The staff, nurses and aides were so friendly and helpful. I will always be grateful for the wise and compassionate counsel I received from the wellness nurse and executive director in dealing with my mother’s end of life and father’s dementia. Was Traditions perfect? No one is, but when there was an issue, it was addressed promptly. I moved my father recently, but only so that he would be in closer proximity to me. It was a difficult decision to move as we both left a caring and loving place. Thank you Traditions!"

"I moved into Traditions at North Bend. The facility is very pretty. This is an outstanding building. The staff is wonderful. They are attentive and very kind. The apartment is nice. I enjoyed the whole experience. They have a library. The food is great. The cafeteria is run by a chef. You sit down at a table, and a waitress comes to you and asks what you want. They bring food to you. They also do room service if you need it. I know they have movies and a lot of activities. I do have physical and occupational therapy, and they're amazing. It's a good value. This is a great place, and I was so lucky to get in here."
"We moved my mother to Traditions at North Bend because we very much like the facility. So far, the staff is pretty good. I haven't had the food but my mom says it's fine and she seems to like it. She likes the hair salon, and the library. They also have an outdoor patio; it's very nice. In terms of the upkeep, the place looked very nice and it's about a minute away from the hospital."
"Traditions at North Bend was very modern, bright, and clean. The rooms were large and set up nicely as well as the bathrooms. We loved it. The dining area was bright and very spacious. They have a salon, a pub/bar area, a library, and a workout room. It was nice and the people were very friendly."

"My mom will be moving to Traditions at North Bend tomorrow. She will be in their assisted living. It's a very nice building, and fairly new at only a year and a half old. The rooms are spacious, she's going to be in a studio, and very nice. They offer plenty of activities. They also have a salon, a chapel, and an exercise room. They offer other services too and the staff is also very friendly.
The studio, I believe, is 400 square feet. It has several kitchen cabinets, dark-colored, very nicely done, and with nice fixtures. They have a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. It's half carpeted and then half laminate flooring. It offers big windows for light, a nice-size clothes closet, and high ceilings. The bathroom is extremely large with a very large walk-in shower and lots of safety bars. It has a very accessible handheld shower wand and an adjustable seat. It also has plenty of room to move around there with plenty of closet space for towels and necessities.
The dining area is very, very nice. It's got a fireplace right in the middle as you walk in the place. That's what you see straight ahead, they've got a fire going. A lot of times, people are very cold so it was just a very nice setting. It's like a circular setting all around the fireplace and from what I could see, there's plenty of seating, lots of windows with light, and you could see outside to the landscaping through the courtyard and it's very nice. They have several places to sit like chairs, rockers, and tables. It's also fenced off and it's just very nicely done. It's U-shaped and my mom's room would be at the other end. She's able to walk with a walker but they also have benches everywhere in the hallway where they can sit down if they need it. They also have a very nice laundry room on-site where they could do their own laundry or someone can do the laundry for them. I met some of the other people on the staff as well. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about answering questions and giving the tours.
We took a tour twice for my mom because she had more questions and wanted to see the room again. They were fine with that and were very gracious. They asked for things that my mom might like, like a welcome package for her. They even sent her a wreath for her door, they baked her some sweets, and they came to her present address and delivered them to her to welcome her into the community, so they've been wonderful. They also helped with the paperwork, which there were lots and lots of papers to fill out, and they answered all of our questions."
"This is a fine location. I would recommend you review this community for yourself to see if it works for your loved one. The experience of the community and attention towards my loved one to assist them in getting acclimated to the community has been wonderful. My loved one enjoys the food. The activities have been good as well."

"My Mom moved to Traditions in July of 2020 which is shortly after it opened. It has been a great move for her. She was welcomed by the staff and has been treated wonderfully by all of them since the day she moved in. I would like to thank each of them especially Robin, Patti, Deb, Sandy, Brenda, Alex, and Steve for their kindness towards my Mom. My brothers, sisters-in-law, and I are extremely happy with Traditions and happy with the care that she gets. My Mom is very happy so we are very happy. Thanks for all you do for her!"

"My name is Kelly, and my mother has been a resident of your facility since May 25th. First, I want to let you know how much I appreciated all the help that Alex Eilers gave us in getting everything set up and arranged…she is such a sweet girl and has a long future ahead of her working with the senior community.
Last week, when the facility had to briefly shut down again due to the Covid variant, my mother injured herself while showering and I saw the wound when I was speaking to her Wednesday evening via her Amazon Show (thank goodness for this thing 😂). She is very hesitant to use her call button for anything, despite my urging, so after I spoke with her, I texted Kathy Kraft to ask her if she could make sure Mom’s arm was OK. I have a feeling she made a special trip in there to do just that, and a couple hours later let me know that it was a superficial tear and that she patched her up and all was well. This meant so much to me that I had to make sure and let you know.
I myself have been in health care for over 35 years…and I know how difficult things are these days. I want to make sure these two women are appreciated. This experience solidified that we made the right choice in Traditions for my mom."

"I felt I should make the change. I was getting older, my husband and I are getting older, I have a big home. And so I thought I should make that change. And I saw this building going up and what I saw I liked. Opening day, I came and I fell in love with it. From the management all the way down, absolutely great.
The chapel I do appreciate having because I visited it the other day and they have a mass every last Friday of the month. I look forward to that and that's a nice feeling right there. And if I have nothing better to do, I walk up to the chapel and there’s always someone there having a service. That's a nice feeling, too."
