Meet Kenisha Reese of Traditions at North Bend, our October Employee of the Month! Kenisha, who was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, has been with North Bend for 2 years as a Resident Aide.
Kenisha is an incredibly hard-working and dedicated mother to her 14-year-old son. She said, “I am lucky to have a very supportive team at home that consists of my mom and dad, as well as my son.”
As a very busy working mother, Kenisha stated that she “loves to take time to rest and relax” when she isn’t busying putting smiles on her residents’ faces at Traditions at North Bend. She also loves to cultivate her hidden talent… cooking.
When asked what the most rewarding part of her job is, Kenisha said, “Being able to welcome a new resident into our beautiful community. I love making them feel at home and reassuring them that I will provide them with the best care. Seeing a resident smile and become comfortable in their new home always makes me very happy!”

She is fiercely dedicated to our residents and gives them the best of everything,” said Amanda Bell, North Bend’s Wellness Director. “Kenisha goes above and beyond to meet and surpass any tasks given to her. She has been with the community since it opened and has been a very strong anchor for Traditions’ philosophy and Core Values.”
Marvalyn Zix, North Bend’s Community Relations Director added, “Kenisha consistently maintains a friendly and welcoming disposition, making our residents feel at home and well-cared for. I always hope to see her on my tours with prospective families because she is unfailingly attentive to our residents’ needs. She is an always smiling and friendly presence, helping families feel confident having their loved one in her care.”
